SUSTAINABILITY AT TMB We strive to integrate sustainability into our business and to ensure that our strategic objectives do not only fulfil short-term goals, but also contribute to long-term sustainable growth. Overseeing sustainabi l i ty management and i ts ef fect iveness across the organization is the Nomination, Remuneration and Corporate Governance Committee and Chief Executive Committee. At the working level, the Sustainability Department works with relevant functions to raise sustainable practices above standards and improve awareness among bank staff across four key areas: business sustainability, environmental sustainability, social sustainability, and corporate governance and business ethics.
